Phoenix-1 Planter in Beige Glaze by David Cressey for Architectural Pottery
Designed by David Cressey in 1963 as part of the Pro/Artisan stoneware collection for Architectural Pottery, the slipcast Phoenix planter has a bowl shape with an allover geometric relief. This example is has a lightly speckled sang beige glaze with a matte finish, emphasizing the recesses of the impressed geometry.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition; a single clean drainage hole has been drilled.
