A custom order for Pace Collection’s popular “Mezzaluna” desk features the brand’s signature exotic veneers and highly polished stainless steel accents. The design, by Leon Rosen, has a semicircular shape with 90º cutouts at either corner and the center that branch into the legs of the piece. This example replaces the customary steel frame with a book matched lacewood veneer. The desktop is birdseye maple and fits with a custom-cut glass panel that matches the cutout design. 

Two drawers, on either side of the seating well, have brown-painted interiors, and the left drawer has a small pencil tray.

Each leg has a cap of polished steel.

84.5” length x 36” depth x 28.75” height; clearance underneath desktop is 26.75” in the seating well.

Condition

Excellent vintage condition; professionally cleaned. Some minor wear consistent with age and use.
