David Cressey flame glaze lamp, c.1960's, USA. The wheel thrown stoneware lamp features a speckled flame glaze detail. The burnt orange and brown glaze pattern drip lines terminate near the base of the lamp, mimicking the pattern of flames. The newly rewired lamp features a new linen shade. The shade and diffuser are secured by a patinated bronze finial.
