Saturn Table Lamp Robert Sonneman for George Kovacs
A classic design by Robert Sonneman for George Kovacs. Designed in 1980, the "Saturn" halogen table lamp, inspired by the ringed planet, features a circular glass shade that sits underneath a round dome. It is supported by three thin stems attached to a flat round base. The on/off mechanism is a dimmer switch. The underside of the base is covered in green felt to protect table or desk surface.
The lamp has an overall footprint measuring 16” in diameter x 18.5” tall. The round base is 8.25” in diameter and 1.5” tall.
Excellent original condition; professionally cleaned, some small smudges to the finish. The dimmer switch has great range.
