Don Shoemaker Leather Sling Lounge Chair
Leather lounge chair by Don Shoemaker for Señal, c.1960s, Mexico. The chair features a rosewood frame and original patinated black leather hide. Leather button and nail details line the front seat of the chair and top of the backrest where the leather is secured to the chair. Two seams run the length of the sling seat. The chair is fished with wood pin details at each joint.
