Pair of Cantilevered Arm Chairs by Gastone Rinaldi for Rima
A pair of 1970s armchairs by Gastone Rinaldi, for his family company Rima of Padua (Padova), Italy. The chairs have a cantilevered frame of tubular brass with curved armrests. The integrated seat and backrest are upholstered in chocolate brown leather and the arms are wrapped matching leather to slightly cushion the metal. Original black plastic glides protect the brass at the base. Manufacturer’s logo imprinted on chair leg.
Condition: Good vintage condition; leather is patinated and brass-plated frame has some scratches and appropriate wear. All elements have been professionally cleaned and polished.
