Børge Mogensen Teak and Oak Coffee Table for Fredericia Stolefabrik
Contrasting wood grains and simple lines define this 1955 Danish design by Børge Mogensen for Fredericia Stolefabrik. The coffee table's rectangular surface with slightly rounded corners is made of teak, while the slim legs and stretchers are solid oak with an exceptionally figured surface. The flat bar supports that angle underneath the table are oxidized iron and join the frame with contrasting hardware in polished brass.
