David Cressey “Flame Glaze” Planter for Architectural Pottery
A high-impact, tall glazed planter designed by David Cressey and produced for Architectural Pottery’s Pro/Artisan line in the 1960s. With a gracefully curved tulip shape, the “Flame” design is distinguished by its varied glaze pattern where the drip lines terminate near the mouth of the vessel, mimicking the pattern of flames.
Condition: Excellent original condition; no drainage holes have been drilled.
