David Cressey & Robert Maxwell for Earthgender “Thumbprint” Bowl Planter
A wide stoneware planter from Robert Maxwell and David Cressey’s 1970s collaboration, Earthgender. One of the less common designs from this partnership, the ‘thumbprint’ pattern has a textured surface of repeating impressed concavities. This example has been finished in a speckled ochre glaze.
