Ed Drahanchuk Large Appliquéd Stoneware Bowl

A 1970s large decorative or serving stoneware bowl by Alberta, Canada-based potter Ed Drahanchuk. His studio works were made from local clays and often featured hand-built appliqués, giving a rough-hewn and organic impression. This partially glazed piece has an irregular, olive green finish, with the lip and foot defined in natural stoneware.

An inscribed artist's signature can be found on the underside of the bowl.

16.75” diameter x 7” height.

Great vintage condition; a tiny chip on the rim but otherwise perfect. Professionally cleaned.
