Glass Ashtray by Higgins
A fused-glass ashtray produced for Higgins by Dearborn Glass in the mid-1950s to early 1960s. The pattern, called “Tortoiseshell” is created by sandwiching enameled glass panels of periwinkle blue and avocado green between tinted lavender glass panels to create an atomic starburst design.
Signed “Higgins” in gold on bottom right corner.

Excellent vintage condition; cleaned. No chips or fractures.
