John Kapel Studio Dresser
Commonly known for his designs he licensed to Glenn of California, John Kapel, a contemporary of Sam Maloof, maintained a studio practice after his stint with George Nelson. His studio pieces from his workshop in Northern California are all custom pieces and one of a kind. They are uncommon to come across and highly coveted for their craftsmanship and stunning design, this came from his personal collection. This dresser is made of walnut wood with exposed joinery and four drawers with rattan wrapped handles and inset black laminate similar to Kapel's designs for Glenn of California.
