Marcel Breuer desk designed for James E. Rhoads Residence Hall at the Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania. The birch desk, circa the late 1930's, USA, features a bent plywood leg on one side and four storage drawers on the opposite side, three shallow and one deeper bottom drawer. The rectangular desk top has a large open writing surface.
