Single Small “Wok” Planter by Lagardo Tackett for Architectural Pottery
Lagardo Tackett’s iconic planter for Architectural Pottery, colloquially known as the “wok,” has sharply angled sides, smooth edges with no lip, and a flat foot. These examples are deeply patinated and weathered from outdoor use, with distinctive splatter marks and waveform discoloration, rendering them completely unique. One of the planters retains the Architectural Pottery stamp and a single drainage hole. The other is unsigned and un-drilled.
Condition: Good vintage condition; professionally cleaned. Patina appropriate to age and outdoor use.
Dimensions: 21” diameter x 8” height
