Stool from American mid-century craftsman George Nakashima. The stool crafted of black walnut, c.1960, features a leather wrapped seat and splayed legs. The underside of the seat is laced together with a leather cord with a seagrass cord detail on two sides. Verified by the Nakashima Foundation, sold with a digital copy of the original order card.
