Marble ashtray by Angelo Mangiarotti for Knoll, Italy, c.1960s. Round ashtray made of a gorgeous marble with dark, earthy tones. Its design features a classic Mangiarotti detail - the interior base slopes down from the center concealing most of the ash contents to the side.

Mangiarotti designed this collection of marble ashtrays, vases, and bowls for Knoll, at the same time he designed the “Eros” marble table collection for Skipper that is most synonymous with his name.
