The design features a two-tier configuration: a square top surface inset with subtly raised lip edges, suspended over a larger, deeper, cantilevered rectangular lower shelf. The piece has angular side supports that flow down into elongated pencil-tapered legs. The original Singer & Sons label is still prominently displayed on the bottom of this piece.
